Our Summer Program has three powerful pillars: Move, Gather, and Level Up.
Movement is at the heart of everything we do, and our summer unlimited class passes make it easy to build strength, consistency, and confidence in your Pilates practice. Pilates every day? Yes, please.
But SOMA isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a place to belong. Our summer social gatherings, like coffee meetups and the Summer Soirée, are designed to help you build community. Studies show that people who work out with others are more likely to reach their goals—and have more fun doing it.
Finally, August brings a special workshop series to help you advance your skills and transition into higher-level classes. These sessions are ideal for students ready to take their practice further with deeper knowledge and refined technique.

SOMA Summer Soirée 2025
On June 21st, 2025, we hosted our annual SOMA Summer Soirée—a joyful evening that brought together over 30 clients, instructors, and friends for connection, conversation, and celebration.
Held outdoors at the studio owner’s home, the soirée featured delicious food, sweet treats, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was a chance to relax, laugh, and build meaningful relationships beyond the studio walls.
At SOMA, community isn’t just a bonus—it’s at the heart of what we do. Events like this show how much support, care, and friendship flow through our space. If you’re looking for more than just a workout, you’ll find it here.
July always brings to mind lazy mornings and summer connection—so we’re embracing that vibe with Cup o’ Joe Saturdays and Sundays!
Join Mary at 11:30 AM for coffee after Erica’s 10:30 AM Reformer Flow Level 2 class on Sunday plus this Saturday July 12 at 11 am. We’ll walk across the street to The Daily Grind Coffee Shop to chat, unwind, and enjoy your favorite morning brew.
Whether you’ve been meaning to get back into a regular routine or you’re already on a roll, this is a great way to build momentum and feel part of the SOMA community. We'll be meeting every Sunday (and one Saturday) through the month of July—come say hi!

As we head into August and September, we’re offering a new class series designed to help you level up your practice—so you’re ready to take on more advanced classes and feel strong and confident by our Open House on September 18th.
With lots of new clients joining us in the fall, this is a great opportunity for current members to rise to the next level, deepen their skills, and make space in Level 1 classes for incoming students because now you're the experienced one in class!
The series is called Strong Artful Flow—or Strong AF for short. Each session helps you refine strength, control, and rhythm so you can move with confidence and clarity.
