Apprentice Classes Are Coming Online!

We’re thrilled to welcome Bonnie and Erica to the teaching schedule as our newest apprentice Pilates instructors! They’ve been working hard to deepen their understanding of Contrology and refine their teaching skills—and now it’s time to share their work with you.

Their first few classes will be free, and as a thank-you for your support, you’ll receive an extra class credit when you submit thoughtful, written feedback after class.
