SOMA Elf Appreciation Day — Studio Closed December 25

Please be advised that SOMA Movement Studio will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2026, for our annual SOMA Elf Appreciation Day.

After an exceptionally demanding holiday season, a highly specialized group of North Pole professionals will be arriving at SOMA for a private day of recovery, restoration, and post-delivery rehabilitation.

Scheduled elf services include Pilates for sleigh-related overuse injuries, red light therapy for winter fatigue, massage therapy for chronic toy-production tension, sound baths for nervous-system regulation, and guided meditation and reflection following what can only be described as a completely unhinged 2026.

Due to confidentiality agreements with the North Pole, regular clients will not be permitted in the studio during these sessions.

Normal human programming will resume immediately afterward.
