    Free parking is available along the bike path on the north side of our red building.

    If that lot fills, we have permission from our wonderful neighbors for overflow parking. Additional spaces are on the south side of the building near Farmington Valley PT or next door at Liquor Square, facing the bike path.

    Doors open at 4:00 pm.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have time to park, check in, and get settled.

    Wear comfy clothes you can move in; long hair should be tied back. No dangling jewelry.

    Our entrance is up on a deck—please check in at the front desk and introduce yourself when you arrive :-)

    Lockers are available for your valuables.

  • You can try up to three classes during the event—just be sure they don’t overlap.

    If you’re new to SOMA or haven’t been on the Reformer before, we recommend starting with Reformer Flow. It includes a safety orientation so you’ll feel comfortable and confident.

    Between classes, take time to mingle, ask questions, and explore the studio. Many of our longtime clients will be around and happy to share their experiences and insider tips about SOMA.
