Do you LOVE PILATES?

Why SOMA?

  • At SOMA, our classes are intentionally small — no more than six clients per session. This means you won’t get lost in the crowd the way you might at a big-box gym or franchise studio. Each instructor has the time and space to watch your form, answer your questions, and provide hands-on corrections that keep you safe and progressing. The difference shows up in the details: clear and precise cueing, faster progress, and fewer injuries. You’ll leave class knowing you’ve been truly seen and supported in your Pilates journey, not just pushed through a one-size-fits-all workout.

  • We believe Pilates should feel like freedom, not a trap. That’s why SOMA offers simple, flexible class cards and passes instead of long-term contracts. No hidden fees, no automatic renewals, no pressure to commit beyond what fits your life right now. You pay for what you’ll actually use. Our goal is to build a relationship based on trust, not fine print. This flexibility makes it easier to try Pilates, stick with it, and enjoy the benefits at your own pace — without worrying about whether you’re locked into something that no longer works for you.

  • Classes at SOMA are designed to be accessible. No waitlist games, no pressure to book months in advance — and when things get busy, we add more classes so spots stay open. That’s why over 99% of reservations at SOMA are successful.

We know life is unpredictable, which is why our system adapts to you. With classes offered throughout the week, flexible pass options, and an easy booking system that allows quick swaps, you’ll always find a time that works. Unlike bigger gyms, our team knows you by name and helps with schedule changes, vacations, or goal-specific adjustments. This flexibility makes it possible to build Pilates into a consistent, sustainable habit — not another stressor on your calendar.

  • Many studios focus only on mat or reformer classes, but SOMA is different. Here, you’ll experience the full breadth of the Pilates method: Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chairs, Ladder Barrels, and more. This allows us to tailor exercises to your exact needs — whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, recovering from injury, or seeking advanced choreography. The variety keeps workouts engaging and progressive, and it ensures your body gets the full benefit of Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended. When you train at SOMA, you don’t just “do Pilates” — you gain access to the whole system, designed for your whole body.

Doors open at 4:00 pm!

  • You may book up to three classes during the Open House. Just be sure they don’t overlap.

  • New to SOMA? If you’ve never been on a Reformer with us, please start with Reformer Flow. These classes include a built-in safety orientation to help you feel comfortable and confident.

  • We encourage you to leave at least one break between your scheduled classes. Use that time to mingle, ask questions, and connect with SOMA veterans, instructors, and our front desk team.
