The Entire Month of January

Enjoy special savings  throughout the studio and wellness center and participate in a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity the entire month of January.

Is decluttering your home one of your New Years Resolutions? Decluttering can lead to less stress, more free time (you won't be looking for things), less dust and and fewer germs, and can even lead to more sound sleep! Did you know research using MRIs and other diagnostic tools, shows that clutter affects your brain’s ability to concentrate and process information?

SOMA Movement Studio is collecting donations for Habitat for Humanity's ReStore Program the entire month. ReStore collects lightly used furniture, home accessories, building materials, and appliances and resells them at a fraction of the of their original cost. Why is this program so awesome?

  • It provides a lower cost option for socioeconomically challenged families to furnish and equip their homes
  • All ReStore proceeds are used to build homes, community, and hope in the Hartford area and around the world.
  • It's great for the environment! Don't throw away what can be re-loved and re-purposed

Just drop off your items at SOMA and get rewarded with free classes for your donation!
