Learn to meditate and discover the experience of inner peace, deep joy and freedom from distraction and worry. Once we tap into the limitless potential of the mind and gain practical experience of our true nature, we learn to rely on a deep confidence and freedom from within, which then guides us in our daily actions. The more experience and familiarity we gain with our limitless inner potential, the more inspired, relaxed and caring we become. The function of meditation is to make our mind peaceful and calm. Through training in mindfulness and alertness, we can then carry these positive experiences, feelings and intentions into our daily life. This series will emphasize gaining meditation experience and learning how to bring this experience into our life practically, at work, at home, relaxing and so forth. Everyone is welcome to these classes.
