Are you ready to re-experience, re-train, re-center, and re-connect with your body?
Then SOMA Movement Studio is for you!
Why Do People Come to SOMA for Smart Movement?
1. Improve your strength, energy level, and stamina to enjoy more of life's activities.
2. Prevent injuries and cross-train.
3. Stress relief, reduce muscular tension, and improve you mind-body connection.
4. Develop a leaner and longer physique.
5. Challenge yourself both physically and mentally.
We consider ourselves a movement education center rather than just a fitness center. The goal is to change the way you experience and organize movement to make exercise tension-free and then fitness will naturally follow. We have a three phase approach where we emphasize coordination and body awareness in Phase One, strength and conditioning in Phase Two, and flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in Phase Three. Read more about our philosophy and approach in our Mission Statement.
