OUR PHILOSOPHY

We consider ourselves a movement education center rather than just a fitness center. The goal is to change the way you experience and organize movement to make exercise tension-free and then fitness will naturally follow. We have a three phase approach where we emphasize coordination and body awareness in Phase One, strength and conditioning in Phase Two, and flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in Phase Three. How it Works:

Our studio offers small group and private mind-body fitness training in a variety of disciplines including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Dance, and other forms of smart movement. We have two class price points in our studio in addition to monthly memberships. Tier One classes are introductory classes and non-equipment classes. Tier Two classes are hour long equipment classes or special event classes. Clients who attend 2+ classes a week are best served with an unlimited membership. Where do I start?

If you are interested in Pilates, we recommend you start with the Pilates Method Intensive class. This class focuses on how to coordinate movement with breath as well as how to detailed instruction on Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair. Other classes like Yoga, Dance, Zumba, Barre, and Somatic Movement, are conducted on an ongoing basis and you can join at any time.

Great! How do I sign up?

We use an online booking system called MindBody Online which you can access through our Class Schedule or by clicking LOGIN on our main menu. You will be prompted to create an account with your contact information. Once you have an account, you can purchase, schedule classes, and manage class cards and memberships as well as schedule private sessions and wellness services.
